In our continuous effort to strengthen local governance, DILG Zamboanga Sibugay recently conducted its first KX Engagement, a cluster initiative, with a Reorientation on Peace and Order Council (POC) and Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Indicators as its first topic to answer the request of our field officers who saw the need to revisit and clarify the indicators that guide the functionality assessment of our local councils.

Held with the active participation of POC and ADAC focal persons across the province, the activity served as a platform not just for learning, but also for conversations. It was an opportunity to raise common concerns, align our understanding, and discuss how we can improve reporting and implementation on the ground.

More than a refresher, this knowledge exchange was a reaffirmation of our shared commitment to peace, order, and drug-free communities. With clearer guidelines and stronger collaboration, we move forward better equipped to support our LGUs in delivering responsive and meaningful public service.
