The Department of the Interior and Local Government – Zamboanga Sibugay Province (DILG ZSP) proudly held its First Quarter Awarding Ceremony for Top Performers (Q1 2025) during the 4th Mobile Provincial Conference held at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay last April 30, 2025.

This milestone marks the consolidation of weekly performance highlights from “Main Door” DILG ZSP’s Online Performance Monitoring System, ensuring a data-driven approach in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our field officers.

In attendance were MLGOOs from the 16 municipalities and provincial office personnel. Provincial Director Mario A. Baterna, in his inspiring message, emphasized the importance of performance assessment and rewarding excellence as a way to motivate and sustain high-quality service. He also expressed gratitude to the SUB-LGRC of Zamboanga Sibugay for developing a platform that provides concrete, measurable evidence of performance paving the way for efficient, data-driven management in operations.
