The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Zamboanga Sibugay successfully held its 5th KX Engagement, featuring an orientation on how to conduct an Executive Briefing, an essential component of the NEO PLUS Program for newly elected officials. This initiative aims to equip our MLGOOs with the right tools and knowledge to effectively support local leaders and deliver meaningful public service. 

The topic was discussed thoroughly by the Program Manager of DILG Zamboanga Sibugay, Jay Aris P. Buella who also served as one of the NEO Training Managers for ZSP in partnership with MLGOOs from the different municipalities of the province. Through the KX Engagements, DILG Zamboanga Sibugay remains committed to strengthening the capacity of its field officers by promoting continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing. As we prepare to guide our newly elected officials, it is crucial that we, as frontliners in local governance, stay informed and proactive. 

Our gratitude goes to the SUB-LGRC for organizing this valuable learning platform, which continues to be a vital resource not only for our Field Officers but also for the general public in understanding excellent local governance.
